Air Sign travelers pack their bags looking for a pure mental and cultural experience that they can learn from, and they love to bring that knowledge home with them. Gemini, Libra and Aquarius immerse themselves in other countries and in foreign cultures. These Signs are also quite quick to pick up a new language before leaving for a new place and they feel most comfortable arming themselves with maps, guidebooks and any other tools to assist in their communication and orientation in a new area. The Air Sign on the go likes to travel and feel that they've had an authentic experience, not simply dropped their tourist dollars into an empty void.
The Air Sign values this facet of the traveling experience more than anything and they show very little concern for what they pack, what they wear or the type of accommodation they receive. Though they may put some time into making a travel plan, they are quite flexible as to whether they stick to it once they are in the thick of the trip.
Gemini shares these common traits with their fellow Air Signs, but in addition they require constant stimulation along the way. It's unlikely they will stay put in any one place for two weeks; rather, they prefer to see lots of different regions for a shorter period of time.
Libras much prefer to travel with a companion and are quite unlikely to travel on their own. They, like Gemini, may get bored in one place if they stay too long. Libra may have some financial issues along the way if they're not careful, as they are most likely to splurge a large and unbudgeted sum on something unexpected and extravagant.
Aquarius will step up to the plate of any traveling challenge. The weirder, more remote or more unique a travel experience is, the more Aquarius wants to venture forth. When circling the globe at any given moment, the furthest, most tucked-away corners of every continent have an Aquarius or two in residence.
